Wieso fängt Moderna erst 4 Jahre später als BioNtech mit KI an?

Alles was Moderna nur mit OpenAI machen kann, könnte und kann Biontech auch machen. Moderna ist dort nur einer von vielen Kunden. Jedoch alles was Biontech nur mit InstaDeep machen kann, kann Moderna nach meiner Einschätzung nicht machen, außer Biontech erlaubt es Moderna gegen einen wahrscheinlich unwesentlichen einen wirtschaftlichen oder strategischen Gegenwert.

The decision by the EPO’s Opposition Division on Thursday to uphold the validity of one of two disputed patents is a boost for Moderna, which has faced several setbacks in its legal battle over Pfizer and BioNTech’s bestselling Comirnaty vaccine. “We are pleased to announce that the European Patent Office decided to maintain the validity of Moderna’s EP949 patent, one of the key patents currently asserted against Pfizer and BioNTech in various European national courts,” the company told the Financial Times. Pfizer has a nine-month window to lodge an appeal, which it said it may do, while BioNTech did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The EPO handed down an oral verdict on Thursday and is expected to publish a written decision in the coming months. Moderna is pursuing Pfizer and BioNTech for a share of their profits from the Covid-19 vaccines in several courts across Europe and the US. The company has said that the Comirnaty vaccine infringes two of its patents. Pfizer and BioNTech have countersued, alleging that the Moderna patents, filed in 2011 and 2016, are invalid. Kann jemand mit bitte sagen, warum moderna runtergeht trotz schlechten Zahlen für Biontech?

Das ist auch mein Bauchgefühl. Wir könnten nun erst einmal wieder 5 bis 8 Prozent nach unten tendieren.

Meine Strategie ist aufgefangen hab vor den Zahlen ein Long mit Zehner Hebel gekauft .allerdings denke ich das es erstmal runter gehen könnte und somit wieder verkauft .warte erstmal auf ein Rücksetzer um wieder einzusteigen
